All packages are shipped through USPS with a tracking number, which is provided to you via the email you provide at checkout. We recommend tracking your shipment as soon as it starts to travel to its destination to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
At the same time, we kindly ask that you please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipment. Unfortunately, once USPS has the parcel, it is out of our control. If your parcel is considered lost, please contact your local USPS to find your package through an investigation claim. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we want you to know that we are here to help you in any way we can.
In the case of a returned parcel, we will contact you once it reaches our warehouse. However, if an incorrect address is provided, this could result in your package being sent back to our warehouse. In the case of a returned item, we do not issue refunds on shipping fees. You will be responsible for any additional fees on new shipping labels. Therefore, we highly recommend that you double-check your information and shipping address during checkout to avoid any unnecessary delays or expenses.
We ship all parcels through the United States Postal Service, a trusted and reliable carrier. For your additional peace of mind, we offer insurance on First Class Mail for an additional fee. We also offer free insurance on orders over $100 and when you ship Priority Mail. This is just one of the many ways we strive to provide you with a worry-free shipping experience.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges at the moment. We are working on this for the future to further provide better service to our clients. In the event you receive a damaged product through transportation, please contact us for further investigation. We usually solve this on a case by case basis. We offer shipping insurance for First-Class and free shipping insurance for Priority at checkout to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.
