You will receive a second email once your parcel has shipped, we highly recommend that you track your order the moment it leaves our warehouse during this stage. Your email will have a provided tracking number to ensure where your package is going. It will help if you stay updated with your tracking number in case of shipping delays or issues.

ORDERS OVER $100 WILL NEED VERIFICATION OF THEIR ORDER. IF YOU DON'T REPLY WITH VERIFICATION WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER TO AVOID FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN THE 24HOURS YOUR ORDER IS PLACED TO UPDATE THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN OUR SYSTEM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO RESEND A PACKAGE THAT CAME BACK TO MISSFAB BEAUTY LASHES, LLC.

We charge USPS shipping rates for international orders. Please know that when ordering from missfabbeautylashes.com, the receiver is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom policy fees vary from state to state, so please contact your local post office for more information on these fees.

SHIPPING PROCESS :

All packages ship via USPS. We provide a tracking number to all orders; tracking numbers are sent to the email address submitted to us by you during checkout. If you, by chance, skipped providing your email, please contact us ASAP to ensure updates are sent to your email regarding your order. 

 

Please note once USPS has your package, we are no longer responsible for their process on these packages. WE HAVE NO CONTROL. 

 

If you somehow do not receive your package, please contact your local post office to find your parcel through an investigation or file a claim with your local post office.

Please understand that once you receive your tracking number, that is what we go by as well. If your package is marked delivered, we don't have control to find a parcel that is marked delivered. Take action to contact your local post office.  

Tracking your package is your responsibility. If you are worried that your package will have issues, priority mail is the best option for insured delivery.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. WE WILL NOT RESPOND ON WHEREABOUTS OR INVESTIGATIONS WITH YOUR MISSING PACKAGE. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING US! YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS WITH YOUR POST OFFICE, ONCE USPS HAS YOUR PACKAGE IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES : 

Due to our products being lashes, due to hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Please keep in mind lashes are hand-made to order; lashes will look differently from photos or an order placed before. We improve our styles constantly and continue to innovate our lashes. When you place an order, you agree to our polices, and this includes that you are aware that lashes can have a small change. 

All lashes are inspected before shipping. 

On rare occasions, if you receive a damaged style, please email us at contact@missfabbeautylashes.com with an attached picture of the damage. 

LASHES MUST BE UNWORN AND UNTOUCHED.

Lashes accepted for a return will need to be returned within three business days, we will no longer take a return passed our time-line. You are responsible for shipping fees.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is only open to SALT LAKE AND UTAH COUNTY.

Please email localpickup@missfabbeautylashes.com to place an order for local pick up. Must pick up same day order is placed. We do not hold orders, failure to pick up will result in cancellation of your order and no refunds. If you placed an order and choose to do local pick up, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please email us before placing an order for local pick up to avoid extra fees.
